How can I order?
Some products are available from stock and are delivered immediately when ordered. But some have to be re-synthesized. In this case you have to expect a delivery time of 1 to 4 weeks. Ask us!
Delivery and shipping
A flat shipping fee of 20 euros within Germany, 50-70 euros within the EU (70 USD in the USA) and 100 euros to the Far East is charged for each package. Packaging and transport are not included in the price. The shipping costs we estimate or charge include freight costs and other costs. Our aim is to summarize your order in one shipment if possible. If we do not succeed (e.g. in the case of partial deliveries), we will contact you before we send the shipment. Depending on the danger or size of the consignment, additional costs may arise, which are indicated separately. Express deliveries are possible at an additional cost. We can charge your FedEx, UPS or DHL account - in this case you will not incur any additional costs. We reserve the right to change the specified delivery methods if they do not comply with the statutory provisions. Products that cannot be delivered immediately will be invoiced and shipped separately when available.
